Terms of Service

VantageMine is an AI-assisted thinking and writing platform that helps users work through assignments, create professional documents, and produce written output in their own voice. The Service is available in three modes: Student, Professional, and Business. VantageMine is designed to assist and guide users — not to replace their thinking or produce work on their behalf without their engagement. The guided nature of the Service is intentional and central to its purpose.

To use VantageMine, you must create an account. You agree to: — Provide accurate, complete, and current account information — Maintain the security of your password and account — Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account — Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. One account per person; creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.

You agree to use VantageMine only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: — Use the Service to produce content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to mislead others — Submit another person's work as your own in contexts where that constitutes academic fraud — Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others — Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Service or its underlying systems — Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without our written permission — Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service — Use the Service to train competing AI models or products Academic integrity: VantageMine is designed to help you produce work that is genuinely yours. You remain responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with your institution's or employer's policies on AI assistance.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to VantageMine, including writing samples, assignments, and documents. By submitting content, you grant AI Intelligent Systems a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models for other users. We do not sell your content. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your content is handled. You represent that you have the rights to submit any content you provide, and that your content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

VantageMine uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, suggestions, and refined output. You acknowledge that: — AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use — AI Intelligent Systems does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content — The final responsibility for any submitted, published, or acted-upon content rests with you

VantageMine offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as described on the Pricing page. — Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date — Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase for paid plans; no refunds are issued for partial billing periods after that — We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice — Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. You agree to their terms of service in addition to ours.

The VantageMine platform, including its design, features, code, branding, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is the property of AI Intelligent Systems and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission. "VantageMine" and the VantageMine logo are trademarks of AI Intelligent Systems. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AI Intelligent Systems is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
