Session content: The assignments, tasks, questions, and documents you enter during guided sessions, along with the AI-generated responses. Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including session counts, features used, and pages visited. Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.

Writing samples you upload are stored securely in your account and used exclusively to generate personalized output for you. Session conversations — including your inputs and VantageMine's responses — are stored to enable session history and continuity features. You may delete your writing samples and session history at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data is removed from our active systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information with: Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Service, including cloud infrastructure (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), AI processing (Anthropic), and hosting (Vercel). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data. Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of VantageMine, our users, or others.
